To get started, head to our Subscriptions page and choose the Build Your Own Box option. Select your dog’s favourite meals and treats, then choose ‘Subscribe & Save’ to set your preferred delivery frequency - from weekly to every two months.

🗓 Top Tip: If your renewal falls on a Saturday, your healthy dog food delivery may arrive the following Tuesday. To avoid empty bowls and sad puppy eyes, we recommend keeping a few extra meals in the freezer - just in case.

Just log in, go to your Pet Profile, and click ‘Add Pet.’ Fill in their details and select ‘Add to Subscription’ to make sure their raw dog food is included in your next box.

Perfect for multi-dog households and growing packs - and every box is filled with natural, grain-free dog food tailored to your pets’ needs.

Want your box more or less often? Easy.

Go to your account, visit the Subscriptions page, and click ‘Edit Frequency.’ Choose how often you’d like deliveries and when your next box should arrive.

📅 As always, keep weekends in mind when setting or adjusting renewal dates.
